Dependent visa applying outside UK

Post by sheng99200 » Sat Dec 29, 2012 3:52 am

Hi, my wife is about to apply PBS T2 dependent visa in the home country. Whether she should provide the accommodation terms? The current term is only my name on it and I have not found the requirement for accommodation contract in application guide in support documents parts.

She has been living with me for several months and she has used this address for her bank statement and police register certificate. She was back home country to apply dependent visa just now.

I am quite confused now and please somebody gives me advice. If you think we should provide it, please let me know where to find the relative requirement in UKBA website.

Many thx

That's because there is no requirement. You don't provide anything.
