ILR Success @ Crydon PEO - 28/12/2012

Post by kiranchinnu » Sat Dec 29, 2012 6:40 pm

I have granted ILR at Croydon on 28/12/2012 including 1 dependant.
I have booked the appointment thru a representative as I was not getting any slot availability
My Immigration History –

In country HSMP visa – 17/01/2008
Tier (1) General Extn – 17/01/2010
So I was eligible for ILR on or after 19rh Dec 2012.
Less than 100 days of Absences. All absences holidays only.
Appointment was at 9:00am so we reached PE0 around 8.45am. Initial check at ground floor for a token number then directed to first floor for payment. Payment done at 9:30am
9.45 a caseworker called our token and took our passports & applications form then he entered some details and redirected us to Biometric .
10:15 Biometric done – this took a bit of time as there systems were too slow at that point.

11:45 our token number called to window 22, caseworker told rep to give all documents with photo copies except token number and asked us to wait in waiting area.

13:45 After almost 2 hours waiting, caseworker called out token number to window 22 and informed that my ILR application along with dependant is approved and returned all the documents .Case worker also informed that my rep will receive your Biometric cards within 7-10 working days.

Documents submitted: - I work thru my own limited company.

1. PEO appointment letter copy
2. Application form SET (O) version 12/2012
3. New and old passports, both mine and partner ‘s passport
4. 2 photographs for each member with the full names on the back
5. 7 months pay slips and 7 months dividend vouchers’
6. 7 months bank statements reflecting my salary and dividends.
7. Account Letter , Interim Dividends Summary and Invoices’.
8. Life in the UK test pass notification for myself and my partner
9. 5 years P60s for me (this was submitted only coz my rep asked me and rep also mentioned them on the cover letter they wrote)
10. My Degree Certificate.
11. Company Registration document, Company Director information, Company Vat Reg certificate.
11. Marriage certificate
12. Cohab documents covering last 2 years, none of them were on joint names.

Thank you very much for very informative forum and Happy help for any questions .

Congrats.
What did you write for section 10 question 7 Page 41.

Have you had any fingerprints taken as part of a previous UK immigration application in in the UK or abroad?

I gave a Biometric for my last Tier 1 General visa in a PEO last year. I don't remember whether any finger prints were taken. Generally is it part of the biometric process?
