Urgent Money transfered in Business account

I am psw holder. I have transferred fund 50000 in my business account so that i can start taking payments and pay expenses like making website, buying required stuff for business etc funds are transferred last month and will apply with in 3 months

I got proof that the funds are transferred from my personal account to business and CA letter to certify.

Please advice if this will be good idea or shall I transfer money back to my personal account.
