ILR Dependents

Post by kishorboddu » Wed Jan 02, 2013 11:43 am

Hi,

I have an appoint booked for ILR at Liverpool PEO on 24th January for me and 2 dependents (wife and son). All of us (me, wife and son) have a BPR cards which we got in Dec 2012.

I have 1.5 year old baby who was born here for her I didn't book any appointment once I get my ILR I will be applying citizenship for her.

1) Do I need to take dependents to the PEO or with all relevant documents only can I go?

2) If I had to take dependents to the PEO will they allow baby?

Regards,
Kishor

As part of SET(O) Application, yourself and dependants are required to provide biometrics.

1) Every one on the application form must attend PEO.

2) Babies are allowed, not a problem.
Information provided is general guidance and does not constitute legal advice.

Thank you @Spidery_thread. Last week I called UKBA and they said everyone in the application has to be present for BRP (even though you have).
