financial requirements

Post by SAMISPOUSAL » Thu Jan 03, 2013 9:52 am

if a BRIT sponsor has been living abroad AND only just arrived in the UK a few months ago ...then his P60 will show a very low earnings figure for the year.....even though he is currently earning well above £ 20 000 pa

so what happens here to sponsor a spouse ?

there is no rule to say that the last full years eanrings on p60 must be at least £ xxxx is there.?.. as long as the last 6 months basic meets the thresh hold of £ 18 600

has anybody got any experience of getting visa even though they only submitted less than 6 months of earnings???

if a man is unemployed and then gets a good job (earning over 18 600)
can he apply before the 6 months ? have you known a case where less than 6 months have been allowed?

As of 12 December the P60 is no longer a requirement.
