License of Sponsorship application (company address changed)

Dear all,

I am preparing the documents for my company to apply for the license of sponsorship, as we just changed the company registered office to our new office, all of those application documents were addressed as old registered address. And I asked my boss, he told me we did this change through the website, there is no official correspondent letter from company house.

Does anyone know is it important to show some evidence to Homeoffice that we have recently changed the registered address, as when i filled out the online application form, I put the new registered address. By the way, the company name stays same. Just in case, they cannot match the address on document with my application form, then will the application be rejected?
