I am currently in tier-1 visa. I have an appointment on 11 Jan 2013.

My initial visa (WP) stamp- 1 Feb 2008.
Tier-1 (G) - 12 Dec 2009
Extension t1G---------- - 5 May 2012.

In this situation, may I apply (PEO) for ILR on 11 Jan 2013? I am not sure about 28 days windows. Please help me.

Was WP visa stamped in UK? If overseas, when did you first enter on that visa?

UK. I am in UK since 2002 Sep.
