home fees for higher education

Sir, i want to know if am qualify for home fees for university if granted limited leave to remain outside of the immigration rules on rejection of asylum claim. Your help in this endeavour will be greatly appreciated. thanks

The university concerned would be the right entity to give you accurate answer to your question.

I am interested to know what the immigration law said on LLR in respect of education.

What type of leave have you been granted, is it discretionary leave?

sir, it is discretionary leave with 3 years limited leave to remain.

Having discretionary leave does met automatically qualify you for home fees. Follow the link below to see if you qualify.
