Hi
in form VAF4A - Appendix 2 - Financial requirement form in section 3.2 What is the financial requirement you are required to meet?
what do u mean by
- an income before tax of at least £18,600 a year
Before Tax means
-
with TAX
or
-
without tax
I am very confused with " before tax"
Can any one please kindly clear this for me
Thanks very much

With Tax (including tax=Gross)
Without Tax (after deducting tax = Net Pay)

The A1 requirement for spouse leave is not changing, it is the requirement for settlement/naturalisation that is changing.

Providing the degree is
NARIC comparable to a UK degree and was taught in English (certificate or letter to prove such) then it will meet both the A1 and B1 requirements. For A1, a print out of the PBS points calculator if points are awarded will suffice.
