For HSMP+T1G the passport pages copies must be provided.
Do we need to also copy the pages with stamps or visas before the last 5 years qualification period?

Yes, all used pages in the passport(s) you submit as evidence for your ILR application should be photocopied. Used means any page which contains personal information, visa vignettes, entry, exit stamps etc...

My case worker was very pissed off as I copied for only last 5 years!! He had to himself copy other pages but hey, I do not mind. We pay a huge fee, they can do this much!!
