Hi
my friend is dependant (husband) of a tier1 hsmp. his marriage is not going to b successful. if they separate (divource). Can he get marry with another tier 1 entrepreneur holder within uk. OR

if he marrys with a british or EU national, Can he switch his visa within UK.
