Going to ILR in a week, last salary slip is older then month

Hi Guru's and moderates:

I am doing the final checklist for my ILR on 25th Jan 13 (HSMP + Tier-1 General) and just found following in rules.

My last (Dec 2012) salary slip is dated for 19th Dec. This is pretty simple to understand that almost all organizations in UK pay Dec salary before Xmas javascript:emoticon(':D')

Do anyone see this as a problem!

a) Payslips must be:

(i) the applicant's most recent payslip,
(ii) dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application, and
(iii) either:

Thanks In Advance!

If you read the SET(O) guidance carefully, you will notice that the requirment you state does not apply to T1G applicants.

So to answer your question; no, you will not have a problem.
