iam in the same situation my employer requested for new COS on 11th jan

dont know how long it takes.

you have any idea in PEO booking can we book now or after assigning the cos only?

on wich visa status you are at the moment

i was granted intial 3 years of Tier 2 (general) now iam extending under the same emlpoyer i thinks it comes under unrestricted .. we just requested another new COS using SMS as my company dont have any altready my company solicitors suggested it takes 6-8 weeks .
by reading at this forum i came to conclusion that it may takes few days for somepeolple months for some of them .

i have visa tll 15 th april 2013.

fingers crossed.

I am in same situation as well..and the problem is you can not ask to ukba for the timeframe..some people got their un-cos within a week time..!!

To allocate unrestricted cos takes about two weeks of time now a days

Employer requested for new restricted CoS. A listed Sponsor SME

We were reminded last year to apply early but didnt think it would be an issue.. but got it in 2 days..

Good to hear you got yours and hope the rest of you who are waiting receive it soon too.
