Be aware, for extension, MBA degree (from MBA provision) will be considered similar to any other master's degree (awarded 35 points). This mean you still need to get 40 point to get extension. If not, you need to pack your bag.
However, normally People with MBA degree + range of int. managerial experience will easily exceed the required point for extension.
I herewith write the exact quotation from HSMP guide:
"
Those whose original period of approval under HSMP was granted under the MBA Provision should be aware that, in order to qualify for an extension of your leave under HSMP, you will need to meet the full Points Scoring requirements that apply to all other HSMP extension applications.
This means that, with reference to your extension application, your MBA qualification will only attract a score of 35 points. You will therefore need to provide evidence to establish that you qualify for the award of sufficient points under the other points scoring areas, to take your total points score up to the required minimum score of 75 points."

Need some help and advice....
I am planning to do my MBA from one of the universities listed by the Home Office. Any univ from this list has the benefit of an MBA provision after graduation. This gives the applicant 75 points straight away and thus an HSMP. My question is what happens subsequent to obtaining this HSMP. Is the applicant given one year to find a job. Does this job have to pay a min of 35000 pounds. Is the MBA provision a good route?
Please do let me know as I have t get back to respective univs.
