Post by pix07 » Sun Jan 20, 2013 11:56 pm

FILLING APPLCATION AN FORM would like to know

departure date

shall i consider these dates based on passsport

but i have a doubt that while going out of uk there will be no stamp in the passport and at the arrival destination there will be stamp of date

now my question what we have to consider wether passsport stamp date or date of departure.

thanks

Your departure date is the actual date you departed - either on Passport stamp (which you say you don't/won't have), or actual ticket or related communications.

Do not consider the arrival stamp on your destination because that is not a true indicator of when you departed from UK. Imagine your connecting flight delayed due to inclement weather somewhere in th Middle East?

I can see that you received your ILR around a year back. you could find the dates for the last 4 years from the form you filled then? and the travel dates during the last year, maybe you can try and find from your travel documents/tickets like wpilr_nov12 said.
