FLR O application

Hi,

application sent on 07 June 2012
Acknowledgement letter received on 25 June 2012
Biometric letter received on 05 January 2013
Biometric been taken at post office on 07 January 2013

my solicitor wrote to the HO in November and asked them when a decision will be concluded on my application submitted in June till now home office has not reply to the letter .Could anybody know when most likely i will receive my document.The application made on 7 year concession and my husband will be 10 years this May 2013 legally in the UK.
