change in address - how do I notify

Post by bond.boy203 » Mon Jan 21, 2013 10:20 am

Hi,
I recently moved my house from the one which I mentioned in my tier 1 application which was approved last year. Does any one know how can I notify this change in address to UKBA either in writing or mail ? Do I need to provide any evidence for the new address in my notification

You don't need to notify UKBA as you don't have any outstanding application with them.

well, you need to inform if your situation changes whilst the application is with UKBA (i.e. UKBA are considering your application and you are awaiting fora decision).
There is no mandatory requirement to inform UKBA any changes to the situation once a decision has been made unless the nature of the change was core to the original application (e.g. relationship breakdown /divorce for a dependant, or termination of employment for a Tier 2 sponsored etc)
