FLR M or SETM

I have applied for ILR on 10 years long term basis on 20th August,2012. I was on student visa before that which is valid till 30th April,2013.
My wife is living with me as a student dependent since June ,2009.We have a child 2 years old who was born here in the UK. There visa is valid till 30th April,2013. My wife and my child are in Pakistan since March,2012 and they are planning to come back to UK next month.
MY question is If I get my ILR ,will my wife be eligible for ILR or she will apply for extension on FLRM .If she has to apply on FLR M , Do I need to show the maintainance fund. How much and for how long.My daughter will apply for British citizenship once I get my ILR.

Your wife will needto apply for FLR(M) others after the marriage, and the child could be registered as a british once you obtained your ILR.

Thanks for your reply.But Can you please tell me if I need to show maintainance allowance for my family because I am currently on student visa and have not got any job.If yes how much and for how long the maintainance allowance I need to show.
