2 years Settlement VISA to an ILR

Post by raokartik » Sat Jan 26, 2013 6:27 pm

When I got married I was already a PR so my wife had to apply for a probationary settlement VISA valid for 2 years to come to UK.

She was granted the VISA on 21/02/2011 (valid until 21/05/2011) and she landed in UK on 12/04/2011. I believe one has to complete 2 years of Settlement in UK before applying for an ILR.

Can Anyone help me with when is the earliest we can apply for her ILR.

Also if you can point to some document it will help.
