I AM A LAW GRADUATE FROM PAKISTAN WITH A WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF 1 YEAR , AND I AM CURRENTLY ON A STUDENT VISA . UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH WILL BE THE BEST ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY FOR ME TO APPLY AN HSMP FOR , SUCCESSFULLY ? FURTHERMORE I AM UNMARRIED AND AGED 30 . DO I STAND A GOOD CHANCE , AND HOW ? AWAITING A REPLY .

It does not matter from where you apply. You must have acquired 75 points to qualify. First step is to check that your law degree is compared to British Bachelor degree (use NARIC to compare degree). Then you can claim your points of age(being 30). If you were working in Pakistan, you can claim points according to the income. Would suggest you to check your points first.
