Hello, I would appreciate some advice on my adjustment of status and EAD applications which I submitted last year June. I have receipt numbers, but did not find out till just 5 months ago that my cases were on hold because of a 'request for additional evidence'. I still have not received this mail despite my badgering, and I now need my EAD at least, by June this year, 07. The last time I called the USCIS hotline last week, I was told I was calling too much, that there is little that can be done over the phone, and that I need to be patient for the mail. I am considering getting a lawyer at some stage, abd I would like some advice on how to proceed now.
