name issue

Post by jinkazama_11 » Wed Jan 30, 2013 4:53 pm

Hi
I am going to apply for naturalisation soon. I have a question regarding slight change in my name.

Name in my previous manual passports - In my two previous manual passports there is only one field for name i.e., Fullname. My name is written with a - (hyphen) sign. Firstname - Middlename - Lastname . As my name is from Urdu language some people use - sign to connect the middle name with first name and last name.

Current MRP - In my current MRP there are separate fields for Forename and Surname. In my current passport my name is written like this
Forname = Firstname Middlename (with a space)
Surname = Lastname

The ILR was issued with Firstname - Middlename - Lastname and is in my previous manual passport.

My question is that will this cause a problem or delay in my naturalisation application?

I will be grateful if someone could help/guide me in this matter?

Regards
