wanting to do the test but no ID - passport at UKBA

Hello
My 2 year spouse visa expired and I applied for extension. UKBA still has my passport and I have no other ID. Wanting to do the test using a copy of passport and / or signed photo by a barrister, how to go about that?

You can ask for your passport back if you need to use it for test taking purpose for ID without having to withdraw your application.check ukba website.

Have you not got a provisional/full UK driving licence?
