Regarding Add for new application and Min salary to meet req

Hi all,

i'm on PSW, and have 6 months of valid visa, one of the company is willing to sponsor me, Tier2 general,

Few query's please

1) Is that must labor add ?, some one said if we are working for that company since (6) months we don't need that laborer add.

Is that True ? if so will 1 or 2 months is enough ?

2) I work for that company as all-rounder tech Computer supporter, h/w, programming, setting up all Cisco routers etc..

i'm getting sponsor ship under 2132, in 2132 there are many Roles, my actual salary is 23500, joined in this month Jan 2013.

so i have to choose either Hardware engineer which is minimum salary(£20,800) or Engineer programmer (25,000)

Is that ok if we choose H/w and can work for any kind of role in real?


3) Also is there any min salary to meet visa requirement ? and for Extension and for ILR ?

sorry i'm new to this sponsorship visa type, reading this forum and policy guidance.. got some questions.
