Filling Passport Application form

Please i need some help with filling the form.

Firstly, in section 4, Do i fill in my parents date of marriage? or the marriage date of my grandparents? (The note on the side confuses me as it reads "we will also need the full name, town, country, date of birth and date of marriage of *your grandparents*??)

Secondly should i attach a note to say that neither both my parents and grand parents hold British citizen. I got British citizen through naturalization and not through my grandparents or parents.

Thirdly, should i leave section 8 blank since i am attaching a note?

Hi,

This is how I filled my application as I have got BC through Naturalization

1. Parents marriage date
2. Note not required (since you have got BC through Naturalization)
3. section8 and note both not applicable.
