tier 1 entrepreneur visa

hello every 1,i want to know that i apply on 17/01/13 & my status shows that my application is under process on 30/01/13 do they consider my tier 1 entrepreneur application according to new rules & if i got visa after all versification do i need to show any type of document while entering the UK for funding..thanks

Yes, they will consider your visa under new rules.

Even if you have got your entry clearance, you must ensure that you have updated bank statement/letter confirming that funds are still available in your account. As new rules are in place, therefore you must not take any risk while entering into UK.

As tuliprose said, you must ensure that you have all documents in place before entering the UK. You must especially ensure that you have an updated bank statement confirming that you continue to have access to 200K.
