Salary Each Month

I have entered through WP and done extension through Tier2(ICT). I am eligible for ILR in middle of this year. I have two question related to ILR Form.

Question 1:
I have specific query related to section 5.3.

It says Are you working in the UK? Answer is Yes. It further ask If so, what is your pay each month
after income tax and other deductions.
The challenge is my salary differs every month. The variable salary paid after every three months. Which salary should I mention? The month I am applying for ILR or average salary amount?
Question 2: Every month, I contribute for pension fund voluntarily. Around 300 £ each month, Should I stop this contribution so that my take home will look bigger.

It is normal to give average of last 12 months (at point of application), and mention 'prev 12 mth avg' on the side.
