Discretionary Leave To Remain for DL Application Form

Hi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just applied Discretionary leave Extention using Application DL which is free, no application fee invloved.

Please share their experience and time line if possible. Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

I will like to remind everybody ...its a different discretionary leave to remain, as its the Discretinoary leave on refusal of asylum claim.

Therefore you can only use this form which DL version 12/12 (until now ) if your file falls in this catogery.

My time line is as following.

Applied in post (As you can only post it) 22/01/2013.......

Nothing received until now... in respect to BRP or anything else...

Polite Notice : People who received Discretionary leave under Article 8 or any other catogery like after getting married to someone who is setteled in U.K(Or EU/ British Citizen) they have a different application form and need to post their responses on different forums not on this forum
