Please help: Visa for children born in UK

Post by churchill79 » Wed Feb 28, 2007 6:21 pm

Dear all,

Thanks for running this forum, it is indeed of great help to many. Actually my friend, how is constant poster in this forum asked me to raise my query in this forum.

I am on a Work Permit in Uk for the last 3 years, my wife is on a Dependant Visa.

My baby, was born in UK, and we have just received her Indian Passport.

I need to get her a dependant visa as well, but I couldn’t really figure out which form to use for the same.

My guess is that its FLR(O) , but I am not sure.

Can any one in this community be kind enough to clear fog of confusion in my mind?

Thanks to all in advance, and once again sincerely conveying my appreciation to this forum and its community.

:D

This has been answered here before, look at this post:

You don't need to apply for a UK visa for the baby unless you plan to take him/her abroad and return back to the UK. If you really need to apply now for a visa, the correct form is FLR(O) and you will need to pay the fees currently £500 for PEO and £335 for postal applications.
