Post by vc » Thu Mar 01, 2007 12:51 pm

Hi !

i am planning to apply next week (Out of country applicant). Please give your comments if the below documents are enough or I need some more evidences -

--------------------------------

Qualifications - 35 points
- Original Master degree certificate (UK top 5 MBA, graduated 2000)

Previous Earnings - 35 points

Claiming points from Jan - Dec 06
- tax return Jan - Mar 06 (Consolidated, does not give month wise breakup/salary earned)
- 12 months payslips (stamped and signed)
- 12 months bank statement (original, HSBC)
- Letter from employer stating my gross salary (34K GBP)

Age - 5
- Original driving license

English language requirement
- Original Letter from College with full reqd details (but dated Sep 2000, as I had taken one for my MBA).

- Degree certificate cum marksheet (certifying the qualification is attained, but also mentions final diploma will be issued in due course

Please help, I don't want to get rejected second time... (First time in Mar 2002).

Thanks, VC

U will be rejected again if U used your MBA course as evidence.
It is clearly mentioned on the guidelines.

If your Bachelor degree is in english you couls use this if U get letter from Uni instead of IELTS.

Thanks, I am sending my MBA degree certificate only for the qualifications requirement (Masters degree - 35 pts) & Bachelors degree + letter from university to meet the english language requirement. my concern is that the letter was issued in the year 2000. Would this be an issue ?

That sounds ok, but make sure your letter from uni is in HSMP format and it is related to Bachelors

It should be ok ....
But they could still reject you based on the wording in that document. Institution which isuue the letter e.eg. college vs uni.

In conclusion, we are not thge caseworker and only if you submit your applicaiton you will know the result.
