I was applied tier 1 entrepreneur visa last 05/12/12
bio don 19/12/12
waiting for decision
COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME ANYONE ,I WITHDRAW MY 3ARD PARTY ACCOUNT MONEY ON 30TH JANUARY 2013 ,IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY OF REFUSL OF MY APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAW THE MONEY.
PLEASE REAPLY ME SOME ONE

Under new rules after jan 30 ukba can ask you to show you still have the third party money available

it depends how ukba recheck your funds.
if they send email to the bank head office they usually give 7 days to reply.
you can deposit money again and tell them funds are available.
but it will be possible only if bank manager is in your hands.

Get the funds back asap if you can, if they ask you for recent statement than you can show the funds are available.

Even if you take it out, you must be investing in your company which you have opened before filing application. It's always better to inform your caseworker that you are going to use funds since you have opened your company here and would need to run it as well. This would indicate them that you are a genuine entrepreneur.

However, according to UKBA, it is highly advisable to keep the money in account until you get your visa.
