I have adoptes a child abroad and am british citizen so do i still need to register the chlid under mn1. And how long does it take the child us still abroad.[/quote]

Can you elaborate on the actual adoption? Where is this child from and who has legally ratified the adoption?

I have adopted the child in south africa. The court has diven me the court order
