Do you know how much does UKBA charge for the sponsor licence application fee for a 70 seater restaurant ?

Fee for Small sized establishment is £500

Hasn't this ground already been covered? I actually cannot see why the UKBA would allow a license for most restaurants, as the vast vast vast majority cannot support a tier 2 visa because there are not any occupations that are NQF 6 in the restaurant sector.

The only qualifying applicants are world renowned chefs, I believe....

I could be wrong, but isn't there an onus on the company to prove that they can support a tier 2?? This feels fishy to me....
