EEA3 help form and documents

Post by nidaulhaque » Sun Feb 10, 2013 4:27 pm

hi,
I am applying for pr after completing 5 years.
I am German national and being use treaty rights from past years.

one quick question about section 2 in the eea3 form.

I am just applying for my self and filled section with my details but confused about section 2 do i need to fill section 2 as well? or leave it blank?
and then in section 3 again i need to write my details?

so i just need to complete following sections?
section 1
section 3
Then section 7 so on....??? on the form it says complete section 3 and 5 but 5 is nothing to do with me??? seems written wrong on the form?

in Regards to documents i am sending following.

EEa3 form
2 photos
old expired passport (with my previous name before marriage)
new current passport
Residence card
4C recent wage slips
5X P60
3X letters from employer (confirm 5 years employment)
letter about job seeker and P45 to confirm the end date of job seeker (claimed for less then 3 months)
about 10 letters, bank statements bills for each year so about 50 in total

please someone advise me about section 2 and above documents.

Section 1 & 7-10.

You are sending redundant documents. 5 P60's should be enough. There is no need for employers letters as well. There is definitely no need to provide 10 documents for each year. Make it simple. You have been working. Surely you haven't been away from the UK for more than 6 months. 2-3 statements should be enough.

send marriage certificate, my wife did so when she was applying for pr. She came to uk in 2006 and we got married in 2007 so it was during her 5 years.our was translated and attested by interpretor in poland, it was goog enough.it will make it clear to caseworker that you are still the same person.
