I am a doctor , I want to switch from visit visa(business-c) to tier 2 visa after getting job with sponsorship letter.remarking I am syrian ist possible to do it inside the uk,and how long it usually takes?

Visitors can't switch to any working status.

I cant switch even if i am Syrian and i cant return to my country due to the special situation and revolution inside the country????no exemption for me?

No, unless it's disproportionate for you to apply for Entry clearance in Jordan or Lebanon.
