Need a little advise

Hi guys
I am bit confused about something. Right lets start it, I'm PSW and my visa is expiring in sep 2014. Next month I'm going to my country to get married, confusion is that I ain't working anywhere but I have my own business which I started last year and I'm doing well. I am also intending to switch from psw to entreprenuer in this year.What document shall I need to support her application like profit & loss statement etc? I know it's not a requirement but there is also no harm to attach them.

hi there;

its better if u apply ur wife as a psw dependent, its easy and quick to get visa... u got enough visa duration, docs u need are:

Bank statement... 3 months 900£ 600£ dependent, thts the main thing
extra stuff... home contract, landlord statement, ur cover letter, if ur business or work breif intro or docs / payslips in case of job.... ur atested visa copy and front passport page.... thats it.. on her side . u need marriage certificate atested from local counsil in english MAin thing, wedding photos, passport, tb test, phone conversation or any records to proof u guys were in contact... thats it. go to any lawyer they will take 5£ per page... soo 10 £
