Spouse Visa application still not processed

Hi
We applied spouse visa on in Islamabad on 10th January, and on tracking application getting the same message 'APPLICATION SENT TO OC' this means the application has not been forwarded to BHC for visa processing. Gerry's in Islamabad have no information and I'm worried about what does all this mean? I understand BHC Islamabad got closed due to expected unrest in the city the week after I submitted this application but am not sure if this could be due to backlog resulting from closure? Does any one have similar experience around these dates? Could you please share your experience and advise what shall I do?

It normally takes about 2 weeks after submitting a case to show that it is "Under Process"

Its now been more than a month (we applied on 10 January 2013) and the status hasn't changed yet. I emailed Gerry's and got the following reply:
"It is requested to note that OC is for the applications forwarded to the
British High Commission . Your application is with them now and we will
only be able to inform you once we receive it after processed"

Can anyone help interpret this for me please.

It seems to be saying you will only hear from them once they have made a decision.I have never heard of this before maybe other member's could leave feedback.
