Hi,
I am applying for EC on monday. Do I need to write a covering letter for it. If yes, whom should it be addressed to?

Hi,
Yes it is required.VFS people ask for that.Address it to the Visa officer,British High Commission.Also go early around 7.30 A.m in order to finish within 1 Hr else u need to wait long
