Asking for IELTS validation period

If I apply Skilled Workers thru Simplified Application Process
and submit my application on 01.04.2007, and CIC Canada visa
office request me to submit supporting documentation include my
language test results on 01.06.2009, when will my earliest and
latest date of my IELTS results is valid?

For example:
31.03.2006 I know that it should be invalid
01.04.2007 Within one year before submit application
31.03.2008 Within one year after submit application
01.04.2008 More than one year after submit application and more than
one year before visa office request me
01.06.2008 Within one year before visa office request me

Any timeline of IELTS results are valid?
Because I can't catch the exact meaning of FAQ in CIC Canada web site!
