are you asking how to organize/present your docunments?

i used a binder with clear sleeves. i labelled each sleeve, and grouped them together apprioprately (Education, Work, English proficiency, age, misc (passport, photos))

Yes, you can have a file with clear sheet but make sure that it's the lightest sheet possbile otherwise your file will become very heavy...prepare index and take print out for every section to put at the start of each section:

Covering Letter
Completed HSMP Form
Education
Work Exp
Salary Proof
Age Proof
English Language Requirement
