How early could I book an ILR appt

Post by saj19 » Thu Feb 21, 2013 12:00 pm

Hello!!

I got my Tier 1 entry clearance from India on 14-Apr-2008 and entered UK on 14-May-2008 (30 days later).

Now to apply for ILR, how early could I book an appointment? (basically bit confused with 28 days stuff)

Any response is deeply appreciated.

Regards

You can book appointment till the last day of expiry of your current leave. Also UKBA releases new appointments 42 days so if you wanted an appointment of 16th March then you should have started looking for appointments since 3rd of Feb. If you look today at midnight you should see fresh appointments released for 2nd, 3rd of 4th of April.

Start looking for appointments now!!!
Thanks!
