any january applicants waiting for the result?

Hello guys
i got my reference number on january 15.out country applicant.
but im yet to know the result.
any guys out there who can tell what must be going on with my case?
what r the chances when there is delay?

they say that my case is still with a case worker.i got same reply twice.
any suggestions?
