I am a spouse of EEA national and i am about to complete my 10 years
My question is,

Am i eligible to apply PR on 10 year basis?

You may apply for ILR if you satisfy the Long Residence requirements, including KOL.

You may also have to show that you satisfied the continuous lawful residence under the EEA regulations.

Do i have to show about myself whether i was working on regular basis and paying tax etc.?

No. The time you living under eea2 your eea partner activities (treaty rights) will be important.
