Accompanying my spouse for ILR PEO appointnment SET(M)

I have bopoked an appointment for my wife for 4th April. As there are no dependants, the e-mail sattes: Number of attendees (including yourself): 1

As it is a SET(M) aplication, I will be accompanying my wife on the day. Will I be allowed in (as the confirmation e-mail only states 1 attendee?).

You will can accompany your wife. In fact if you are unable to attend your wife will have submit a letter from you explaining the reason for your absence.
The UKBA instructions are badly written.

Adding to that. On my appointment last week, I booked for Me +1 (my wife) when I got to the counter they told me that I did not need to book for 2 of us.

Dear All,

My ILR PEO is booked for the end of March 2013 and I have ticked all the boxes regarding my SET (O) application requirement.

However, my Spouse got his Tier 1 dependant Visa in Nov 2012, arrived in the UK in Dec 2012 and his Visa is valid till May 2013 (6 Months only)

We have not built the necessary 3 months £600 maintenance funds as I was misinformed it was not necessary for mine but for him it is!

Also, I could have gone the FLR (M) route since I have more than the gross income of £18,600 but he was only given 6 months visa, what do I do now? Please, any advise will be really and greatly appreciated.
