Hi, :D
Please I made an application flr(o) on the 25th of sep,2012 with my 3kids and I received my acknowlegdment letter 2weeks after and money was taking out after that from my patners account.please does anyone has an idea when they are likely to send my documents as I havent heard from them since then as they said it doesn't take longer than before anymore.please waiting for your replies and contributions.thanks :wink:

Made and application to the home office on d 25th of sep .I wrote to them to ask of the updates but haven't heard from them and its been 5months now.what do you think I should do and if my explanation isn't clear enough,please kindly ask me questions and I wil be willing to answer you ss soon as posibke.thank

It sounds, from the very little information you have provided, that none of this can be considered as falling within the current immigration rules or, that you know very much about what you are attempting. Applications outside the rules are not sufficiently straightforward to be allotted a time-frame for completion. I don't know what this forum can do for you with regard to your request for information about your application.

In addition to Lucapooka's comments...if your partner is here under EEA regulations, why haven't you applied for an EEA permit...not FLR(0) under UK regulations?

My Solicitor said its best advisable to apply for Flr(o) cos my partner is still a dependant on his cousin .And I ve also received my Biometric Invitation letter on the 30th of Feb and I went to get it done at the post office immediately.Need to know how long is it going to take to send my Biometric Residence card.have you or anyone got an idea.thank you

If he is in the UK under the EEA regulations, then you cannot apply under the Immigration rules, unless he has attained PR in the UK.

My application wasn't based on my partners residence permit and that was why I applied through Flr(o) cos was already told I can't make any application through my partner based on him having just residence permit.well,thks for your reply and I hope all goes well....
