Income In Country Application

Hi All
I have made my HSMP Application. Just had a question on Income proof submitted…? For Income proof I have submitted past 12 months salary slips and P60.Only problem is the amount mentioned in salary slips is irregular but its more than £27000. Other thing is P60 is Tax Year 2004 and total does not match with the total on salary slips. Do you feel this is going to be a Problem?
Just to add I have been in UK for more than 2 years on work permit.
