Hi guys. Unfortunately not. It got refused

apparently "one payslip was less" even though the salary was full and everything else was fine.

Disappointing. Seems like they found a new excuse for rejecting people. Note to others on here: make sure you submit full year payslips.

I submitted about 9-10 months slips. Ridiculous.

Going to appeal now. Any idea how long that takes for an outcome?

@Mona, how come you reapplied & didn't appeal?

Wtf :/ they onli require 6 months.. How long have u been workin 4? N did u submit a p60? N can u send me a copy of the refusal? If u dont mind..

I know. Piss take (excuse the language). Well, I've got two jobs. One FT and one PT. Full time it's coming to two years now so I gave all the payslips and p60. Second job I'd only had for 6 months. Gave about 4 months slips.

I don't have a copy unfortunately. The wife has it in p.k

I c.. So u were refused basically coz u didnt send 6 months of payslips for the 2nd job. Was tht because u didnt have 6 at the time of the application?

this is all so scary. They seem to be rejecting people for no good reason.

The thing is, they would have known u are a payslip short straight away...

why does it take them 3 months to reject when they can do that in 2 weeks?

That gives u a chance to reapply quickly rather than sitting in hope

Oh man... That is bad.... I am worried now... As my second job I have only done for 6 months but as its self employed I have only given projective accounts made by an accountant ... Hmmmm

If u appeal ur lukin at around 8 months. Bt dependz on ur case. Ur second job, did u send 4 payslips coz 6 wernt available at tht time? Coz if thts the case, i wud advise u reapply..

yh..i add cover letter frm my hubby..but his solicitor didnt explain about last refusal..he was sayin there z no need to explain it..thts y m so worried:(..
i added 7 mnths payslips dis time..

was it necessary to explain about last application??
m gettin worried..
His solictor was sayin they kept record so they knw about last application so dnt .eed to mention about last1..

U shud be ok. As long as u have your previous reff number they shud b able 2 get all the details. How did u receive it las nyt n submit it so quickly? Dint u have 2 fill in the online application n get an appointment?

For Category A, UKBA states that they will use your pay at its lowest point in the six months, so if wage is less than £1550 as if you earned this every month, and that would guarantee a refusal.
However, under Category B if you provide 12 months pay slips and bank statements (Category B uses what you earnt in the whole year, not what you earnt in any given month).

So I earn £14,000 a year + commission obviosuly. easily hit £18,600 threshold last year p60 but wage slips vary from £1000 - £2000 how would they take this?

I would confirm this with a solicitor my basic is 11,500 + commission I was told I can only use my basic salary not commission by my solicitor but my second job made up the rest...
