Hi all please i writing on behalf of a friend, who applied for FLR in 2003 based on marriage to a uk resident, its been 3years (she had a vistor visa then)and since then she has writing many letters to the home office but nothing yet, she even involved her local MP and he 's also confirmed that her case is still underconsiderastion, having waited for so long ,due to economic reason she decided to look for a job. someone offered her work papers to look for a job so to help with her children and other pressing family issues, unknown to her the paper's was not valid and the agency she registered with asked her to come and start got a job they found for her unknown to her they had contacted immigration officers who arrested her as soon as she got there. she was later released when the immigration offficer at the police station contacted the Home office they confirmed she had a pending application at the HO. my friend knows she has made a mistake but pls what is the way forward?Any advise please
