Hi Guys

From PSW to tier 2 general ---> Is it necessary for a comapny to take resident market labor test ? I am still in UK in PSW and my visa expires in August also a company is ready to offer job but they said they are waiting for taking resident labor market test ! Can u guys help me in this regards should the company really wait for Resident market labor test ?

No, your company does not have to do RLMT.
