sent my life in UK test with eea4 application

hi every body,
I did sent my life in UK test with my eea4 application last year which the HO didn't give it to me back and I don't have any record or cope about the test
what shall I tick?

This test certificate is not relevant to this type of application.

but i did send already and they kept it with them,now i going to apply for BC soon and I have no cope of the uk test (even not the test number)
what shall I do? perhaps call them or call the centre where I did pass the test or worse re-pass the test again

Also ask for it back from the UKBA.
